  • Regulation before revelation.

    You cannot process trauma with a dysregulated nervous system.

  • Reconnecting to the Self you had to hide.

    This phase rebuilds what trauma disconnected: identity, intuition, and self-trust. Here, you begin returning to the parts of you that learned to disappear in order to survive.

    Goals:

    • restore identity

    • reconnect to inner voice

    • strengthen adult Self

    • rebuild authenticity

    • decrease people-pleasing + fawning

  • Trauma lives in the body, not just the mind.

    This is where you shift from thinking about trauma to feeling & releasing trauma. Your nervous system begins to complete survival responses that were never allowed to finish.

    • reconnect with the body safely

    This is the structured trauma processing phase (ONLY after phases 1–3).
